An original acrylic painting on canvas, depicting an imaginary river, flowing and reflected in a colourful sky.
This work incorporates hints of the PlumsPix 'grid-style' and repurposes the art-tape used to define the base grid. The tape is applied, painted over, removed, then reconnected with the canvas in different areas, I then continue to build more layers of colour.
I love the 'eco' aspect of this as the art tape is re-used.
A striking level of texture and interest, especially when viewed close-up. A truly unique and eye-catching piece of art.
